Selah Freedom
Individual and Family Services
Bringing light into the darkness of sex trafficking through Awareness, Residential, Outreach & Prevention.
About us
Selah Freedom is a national organization with the mission to end sex trafficking and bring freedom to the exploited through four strong programs: Awareness, Prevention, Outreach and Residential. In 2010, Selah Freedom's founders, Elizabeth Melendez Fisher Good, Laurie Swink and Misty Stinson, discovered the horrifying truth that local children were being bought and sold for sex right here in our own communities - that's right, American children! Selah Freedom closely partners with law enforcement, legislators, and influential leaders to not only shed light on the staggering statistics, but we are working together to change those statistics by changing lives!

So grateful for our awesome partnership with Grace Community Church who has done so much for us in helping us raise awareness, donate to our mission, host events and fundraisers (including a benefit charity concert in May!) and so much more! Most recently, they had a community booth for Selah at their church this past weekend, which brought in much needed funds, new volunteers and more awareness. So thankful! #communitypartner #SupportSurvivors #MakeADifference #bethechange #grateful

Congratulations to our Digital Marketing Specialist, Tricia Conner, for being Employee of the Month! #EOTM #EmployeeoftheMonth "I cannot begin to express what it means to me to work at Selah, it really was a Godsend. I have always felt a calling to work at non-profits as I feel you can’t market something well that your heart is not truly in and behind, but when I found out about Selah, I also believe I finally found my purpose. There is no greater honor or joy in this life than to use your passion to help make a difference in the world."
