Employee Spotlight: Marsheena Freeman ⭐️ Marsheena has been at See’s for 17 years, starting as a Shop Manager and now serving as Director of Shops. She manages day-to-day sales and operations for all 250+ See’s shops, helping guide her teams to new heights, and we’re so lucky to have her on board! 🍫 Why do you love working at See’s? Marsheena: Being surrounded by teams who are not only passionate about what they do, but also take immense pride in their work. This creates a supportive environment where everyone is dedicated to delivering the best possible outcome and providing exceptional service. It’s the golden zone where professional fulfillment and team spirit blend seamlessly, which is why I love working for See’s. 🍫 What is your favorite memory of See’s? Marsheena: My favorite memory at See’s is opening a new shop in Bixby Knolls Long Beach. I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing dozens of new shop openings during my career with See’s, and Bixby Knolls was particularly special as it was the first new location in my very own hometown. Bixby’s Grand Opening event highlighted the teamwork of the amazing See’s staff and the support of my family and friends. It embodied community spirit and the sweet success of growth and expansion.   🍫 What is your favorite piece of See’s? Marsheena: Choosing just one favorite piece is a delightful dilemma! One of my favorite go-to pieces is Milk Almond Buds, a perfect blend of creamy milk chocolate, vanilla caramel and crunchy almonds. Then there is Summertime, which brings me a special seasonal joy.
