Today, Scale LLP is proud to welcome Patrick Diehl as a partner in our corporate group! Patrick focuses his practice on early-stage companies and investment funds, covering various legal needs including formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, other strategic corporate transactions, and general corporate advisory. Patrick has counseled clients on transactions worth more than $1 billion in the aggregate. Prior to joining Scale, Patrick practiced as a corporate partner at Matterhorn Legal and as a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and the New York office of Jones Day. He graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Scholar and from the University of Chicago with honors in political science. So glad to have you at Scale LLP, Patrick!

We are proud to announce the arrival of Partner Kristin Bohm and paralegal Josefin Nilsson to Scale LLP! Kristin has extensive experience litigating personal injury cases in the sports, recreation, hospitality, and outdoor activities arena, representing ski resorts, mountain bike parks, equipment manufacturers, retailers, venues, and trade associations. She also counsels ski resorts, hospitality businesses, and well-known brands of snow, water, and outdoor equipment on risk management and liability avoidance. Kristin’s practice also focuses on employment defense, representing Fortune 500 employers and insurance companies on a wide variety of employment-related issues. Kristin joins us from Duane Morris, where she worked closely with Josefin Nilsson, our newest Litigation paralegal. Josefin brings a wealth of experience in civil litigation, employment law, and risk management to our team. Her skills in case management and organization make her an invaluable asset as she supports Kristin and our broader litigation group in delivering exceptional client service. It's great to welcome Mike Keskey as counsel in our corporate group! Mike is an entrepreneurial corporate attorney with experience advising both public and private clients in a variety of spaces including fintech, private equity and cannabis. Mike has experience working with clients across many industries at a large law firm and has also served as Chief Legal Officer of a publicly traded company. He has counseled clients at all stages of development from startups to large corporations through large and small transactions and has experience building legal departments from the ground up. Prior to joining Scale, Mike was an associate in the antitrust practice group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he counseled corporations in industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and consumer products.
