Meet our Principal of Executive Search, Kimber Severson! Kimber has a wealth of executive leadership experience across the nonprofit, healthcare, and technology sectors. Her recent consulting work focused on marketing and branding strategies for businesses, often guiding them in selecting the right candidates to effectively execute these strategies. Previously, Kimber held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Sanford Health, where she led teams in overall brand/marketing, communications, media and public relations, digital strategy, marketing insights, corporate events, and brand experience. Her efforts were focused not only on enhancing Sanford's market presence, but also on enhancing their internal team dynamics. Prior to Sanford Health, she was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a healthtech company where she spearheaded initiatives driving revenue growth and market expansion, resulting in a successful acquisition.
