The affiliated Dietary teams learned about the importance of plating with Chef Byron Brown and put what they learned into practice with a plating contest! Contestants were CDM Kimberly Taylor from Waterside; Karyn Harmonson from Colonial, Jonathan Cromity from Emerald; and a surprise winner – Hollie Garrett the RD at Rosemont/Colonial (her plate was second from left). Congrats on the great work, everyone!
