Meet Chef Hugo Goodwin, Executive Chef of our acclaimed restaurant, the Wild Sage. Classically trained and endlessly curious, Chef Goodwin is coming to us from Yellowstone Club, guided by a passion for the interconnectivity of culture through the lens of culinary history. Raised in Montreal, made in New York City, and shaped by Provençal French kitchens, he's bringing his contemporary flair to Jackson Hole with dishes like braised lamb, spiced beef tartare, and swordfish with buttermilk and roasted pepper.
