As the CEO, your #1 job isn’t only to set the vision or close deals. It’s to pull the best out of your team, from the top to the bottom. That means going beyond managing and actually leading. Your people need to see you, hear you, and know you. If they feel like you’re distant or untouchable, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity. Being relatable as a CEO means: Walking the floor → not just staying in the C-suite. Listening → taking time to know your people’s strengths and struggles. Showing up → not just when the numbers are up, but when the pressure is on. When your team knows you’re in it with them, they’ll bring more of themselves to the table. And when you show that you see them as individuals, not just employees, they’ll give you something money can’t buy: their trust and best efforts. Great companies aren’t built on products or profits. They’re built on people. What’s one way you show up for your team? Drop your thoughts below!

This week’s staff spotlight goes to Annie Frech, the do-it-all "Swiss Army Knife" of our company! While her official title is Client Relationship Coordinator, and she is absolutely a key part of the Client Relationship Team, Annie’s skillset goes far beyond that as she helps manage accounts payable and recently jumped in to take the lead on the herculean efforts of pulling data and executing the reporting dashboards for all of our client’s 2025 planning. We are proud to have her as part of our team. Thanks, Annie, for all you do!

What’s working in B2B social media ads right now? Here’s what I’ve discovered: Video ads are leading the charge. If you’re on LinkedIn, you’ve probably noticed that they are grabbing more attention. They drive higher engagement across the board (at least that’s what is being said…time will tell). But here’s where it gets interesting—B2B audiences are a tough crowd for humor. Many campaigns miss the mark when trying to be funny. It’s not that decision-makers don’t appreciate creativity…they do. But they want it paired with a clear message. So the key is: clarity and creativity. A solid B2B ad campaign needs to be sharp and to the point, but with a creative twist that resonates. It’s a balance that most brands struggle to hit, which means there’s an opportunity here. If you can crack the code—combining clear messaging with engaging, creative content—you’re already ahead of the game. Don’t shy away from being creative. Just make sure your message is crystal clear. And maybe leave the jokes to someone else unless you’re really sure they’ll land. Interested in working with a solid social media agency to help you boost sales with creative ad videos? Send me a DM! AI is changing the way we create content, and TikTok’s new feature—letting users create AI versions of their own voice—is a perfect example. It’s a cool idea, making it easier to add voiceovers to your videos without needing to record each time. Plus, the ability to translate your voice into other languages is a big win for global reach. But here’s the thing: Social media was built on real human connections. When we start replacing our own voices with AI, even for convenience, we risk losing that personal touch. It’s efficient, sure, but is it worth the trade-off? As a marketer, I get the appeal. Time-saving tools are gold. But I can’t help but wonder if relying too much on AI might strip away some of the authenticity that makes content resonate. It’s a fine line—using AI to enhance our work without losing the human element that makes social media special. At the end of the day, content is about connection. And while AI can help, it’s important to make sure we’re not sacrificing the real, human touch that truly engages people. What do you think about new features like this?
