The Daisy Ranch EATC project is nearing completion of the dry in and interior framing. The team is working to get all MEP rough in completed before installing sheetrock. Exterior finishes are progressing with the installation of decking for the observation deck and metal panels. The infrastructure portion of the project completed a large 500 yard concrete placement in July and is gearing up to finish the paving and exterior concrete over the next 6 weeks. Lastly, the makerspace is working through its final punch list and owner acceptance.

The McAlester Health Clinic Expansion project team has been busy. The mechanical system is well underway with rooftop units set, variable air volume units installed, and duct work continuing to be installed. Framing, piping, and electrical rough in are continuing. The installation of the fire suppression system is nearly complete, as is the exterior water proofing and insulation of overhead roof drains. Finally, the team is wrapping up the excavation for the retention pond on site. We are excited to be a part of this project that will help better meet the healthcare needs of the community.

Ross Group proudly completed the construction of a new 6,634 sq. ft. research facility at the North Central Research Station in Lahoma, Oklahoma. This pre-engineered metal building is now a cornerstone for Oklahoma State University’s wheat research, replacing the former facility and providing essential upgrades. Equipped with everything a research station needs—equipment bays, offices, conference rooms, a welcoming lobby, and more—the new facility offers increased square footage for enhanced functionality. At the heart of its design is a front porch, crafted at the donors’ request to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere. The striking orange panels ensure the facility stands out, even from the nearby highway, proudly signaling its connection to the OSU campus. #withrossgroup

Exciting update from the Griffith Meridian Elementary School Addition project for the Choctaw-Nicoma Park School District! Our team has successfully placed 241 cubic yards of concrete slab for the 12-classroom storm shelter. This structure is built to last with continuous and large spot footings and a 4” slab with thickened edges spanning over 16,000 sq. ft. The new structure will be nothing short of #ChoctawStrong.
