Neil Bloyd of Northwest Exterminating and Ben Hottel of Rollins, Inc. presented at the National Pest Management Association's Pest World Conference in Denver, Colorado last week. In their presentation, “Electrifying Backyard Mosquito Management Programs,” they introduced different electric backpack mist blowers that can be used to treat mosquitos. Great job, Neil and Ben! The rest of the Rollins Entomology Department joined them to support and thoroughly enjoyed the welcome ceremony pictured below.

Congratulations to our very own CIO, Renee Pearson, for being named a finalist for the 2024 Women In Technology (WIT) Woman of the Year Enterprise award! Nominees for this award are women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math who exemplify leadership in business and make a difference in their communities. Rollins teammates from our Women+ ERG and other groups within the company attended the banquet in support of Renee and WIT. Way to go, Renee!

The Rollins team delivered a strong third quarter, despite disruption to operations from Hurricane Helene in late September. We continue to think of our teammates and customers who were impacted by unprecedented weather. Our Augusta Teammates were directly impacted by the hurricane, the Rollins Brands came together: Bug House, Northwest, and Orkin joining resources to support each other! We had a day of fun and fellowship with our teammates supported by our Division Leaders: Dave Bridge, Kevin Whitehead, and Gary Scott. The Rollins Team is unstoppable!! Thank you Billie Matthews from Bug House, Jeremy Mauthe from Northwest, and Thomas Laster from Orkin going above and beyond supporting our Teams. People First!!

We enjoyed partnering with GROVE PARK FOUNDATION INC for their Week of Impact. On Impact Day, more than a dozen Rollins leaders spent time with small business owners from the Grove Park community to share best practices and advice. Later that week, we took the scenic route into Westside Park for the Community 5k. We look forward to continuing our partnership and giving back to the community!
