2024 NATIONAL PITCH QUARTER-FINALISTS! Team Swaver won Rock Island High School's INCubatoredu Entrepreneur Final Pitch Night a few weeks ago. A video of their pitch presentation was then submitted to the national INCubatoredu Pitch Competition. Last week, we joined our partners Rock Island-Milan School District #41 and Bush Construction to dedicate the district’s new, Legat-designed administration center. The 35,000-square-foot project includes offices that unite staff, a production kitchen that serves the entire district, and a warehouse that stores the district’s fleet of trucks.

Meet our district safety manager. Charles Butler is a familiar face to many but his title is new to the district. Mr. Butler has worked in the district for 20 years but started his new gig in the summer of 2022. Since then he has hit the ground running and will tell you safety is his life. “I think if we collectively all join forces and work together we can get a lot accomplished and we’ll be not just a safer district but a safer community,”
