Happy Halloween from our Riveredge family to yours. In true #Halloween tradition, we participated in this year's annual Forest Park Casket Races. Our Beetlejuice Team, consisting of our amazing mental health associates and clinicians, not only looks amazing but came in as a finalist! The entire event was so much fun and provided an opportunity for team building, from getting the casket decorated to seeing our team cross that finish line. Until next year, we are coming for first! It is World Mental Health Day! Today, we encourage open conversations about mental health to show everyone that #MentalHealthMatters. Take time to check on yourself, your friends, and loved ones. Everyone copes and reacts in their own way, but here are some general signs to look out for. 👇 Reaching out to someone you're concerned about can reassure them that someone cares, show them that they matter, and help them get access to the support they need. Remind others that it's ok to ask for help. #WorldMentalHealthDay #WMHD #WMHD2024
