Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and River Crossing YMCA officials cut the ribbon at LVHN Childcare Center. Located in the Westgate Mall on Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, the facility will be independently operated by River Crossing YMCA for LVHN. The health network made an investment to create the facility to provide greater access to childcare services for its colleagues. The center also will provide enrollment spots for community members who are not LVHN colleagues. https://lnkd.in/g54VhyjK

Congratulations to Rob Purdy, recipient of the 2023 Lois Burpee Service Award. This award was established in 1985 to recognize outstanding volunteer efforts to the YMCA by an individual, company or organization. “Rob has served as a valuable member of the YMCA Central Bucks Regional Advisory Board for many years, in many capacities. As Chief Volunteer Officer [2023], Rob’s passion for the YMCA was evident. He truly exemplifies the four core values guiding the Y: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, ” said Morgan Cooper, current Chief Volunteer Officer.
