The power of teamwork brought together a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind facility that will have a life-changing impact on the lives of homeless individuals in the Palm Springs region. Serving as a spectacular model to tackle homelessness head-on, the Palm Springs Navigation Center has 80 modular units of interim housing, 50 shelter beds for transitional housing, and wraparound services for homeless individuals or those at risk of homelessness. The Navigation Center offers amenities such as a commercial kitchen and dining hall, a computer lab and classroom, a mailroom, and a laundry room. The partnership between the City of Palm Springs and the County of Riverside, along with the County’s ARPA contribution, enabled the project to secure $19,059,202 in State Homekey funding. #EndHomelessness #NavigationCenter #LifeChangingResources #PalmSprings #RivCoNOW IEHP California Department of Housing & Community Development Martha's Village & Kitchen John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects (JFAK) V.
