In this role, you’ll partner with leadership across Customer Service (CS) and the entire Ring organization globally. This role is crucial to overseeing and optimizing third-party vendors handling 10+ million transactions annually, creating systems to align and prioritize CS resources with annual goals, and leading strategic planning for our growing organization. Key responsibilities: * Monitor Vendor Operations: Design systems to track purchase orders and invoices for CS technology providers. * Develop Operating Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive operating plan documents. * Support Leadership: Assist leadership team with strategy, goals, and performance management; and establish a governance model to coordinate programs across the organization. * Service Reviews: Lead monthly reviews with CS leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. What we’re looking for: * 10+ years working in CS and with CS technology providers responsible for the vendor management function. * 10+ years of program or project management experience. * 10+ years analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership. Congratulations to Madison and her 4-year-old German Shepherd, Allie Beth, as the winner of our Pet Portraits contest! 🎉 When Madison and Allie Beth came home from the beach (which is Allie Beth’‘s favorite place), Madison needed to rinse her down before letting her inside the house. Allie Beth may not love the hose down, but drying off, now that’s a different story. Between her excitement of coming back from the beach and being towel dried, she could not contain her zoomies. This spring, we donated half a million dollars to the ASPCA and local animal shelters across the U.S. as part of our Pet Portraits campaign. Customers shared videos and photos of their pets on social media, and along with the help of our partners Drew Barrymore and the ASPCA, we selected Allie to be featured in a future Ring commercial!

Pet Tag helps Bingo reunite with his owners. 🐶❤️ When Midland Reporter-Telegram reporters B. Kay Richter-Hadorn and Christopher Hadorn spotted a lost chihuahua, they scanned the dog's Ring Pet Tag and quickly reunited him with his grateful owners, the Rodriguez family. Bingo, as he's affectionately called, had slipped out when the backdoor didn't fully latch, but the QR code on his tag made it easy to bring him home.
