Teaming up with Tighe & Bond and kicking off another fun one for the Town of Russell. The job includes 4,000 CY of Rock Removal, Drainage Improvements, and Roadway Realignment. The existing road is slowly falling off the side of hill and needs some help. Can't wait to dig (or should I say blast) into this and create a safer passage for local residents. The team at Rifenburg Contracting Corp. prides itself in creative solutions, no matter the size. This section of road was originally designed to receive a different style wall, guardrail, and 3 foot wide sidewalk due to work area limitations. The owner had mentioned the desire for a 6 foot sidewalk and we went to work. With a change in wall design and type we are on our way to accomplishing just that.
