Post-pandemic, people’s expectations and the way they engage with their healthcare has evolved. It's a shift that has led to an increase in proactive healthcare spending and a greater focus on preventative and integrated care. When most commercials follow a predictable formula, we went in a completely different direction. Our insight suggested that when patients actively support their own health, HCPs and healthcare systems can achieve even more successful treatments. Our second film titled "Foodspiration" elevates the importance of the partnership between patients and providers throughout the patient journey. We learned a lot through this process. Thank you FOX10 Phoenix, ABC15 Arizona and 12 News (KPNX-TV, NBC) for helping spread the the word about UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Arizona's 18th annual Back-to-School Health Fair on Saturday. In addition to 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, kids (and their families) were able to get screenings for vision and hearing, physicals, vaccinations and more.

On Wednesday, June 5th, the RIESTER Foundation board met for its annual summer meeting to discuss our various projects in Arizona, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and East Africa. A highlight of the meeting was the exciting progress of our sea turtle conservation project on Corozalito Beach in Costa Rica. We're proud to announce three new grants aimed at enhancing conservation and research efforts. These initiatives will bring together scientists, local residents, schools, public safety officials, and nearby tourist resorts to work towards a common goal. We'll be monitoring the results throughout the turtle season and conducting a thorough evaluation at the end of the year.
