  • AI is here to stay. It’s shaping our future - personally and professionally - in ways we might not expect. Remember the shift from rotary phones to push buttons? From landlines to cell phones? Flip phones to smartphones? We’re in the midst of another massive shift - this time, it’s AI. Instead of sitting on the sidelines (or becoming like your grandma who taped off the ‘extra’ buttons on the TV remote), it’s time to embrace this tech revolution. By diving in now, you’ll do more than just keep up - you’ll lead. You’ll guide your team through this transformation, shape your kids' understanding of tech, and leverage AI in ways that set you apart... and ahead. 💫

  • I’ve spent the last 15+ years studying technology, Developing a uniquely robust perspective, Learning what’s becoming relevant Long before it hits its ‘era’ -  Guiding $10 million to $10 billion (yes, with a B) dollar businesses  Through the best, most efficient tools for their specific ventures… So they’re not only never left behind, But they’re ahead of the curve. Imagine leveraging tech to fuel YOUR progress by leaps and bounds. All while creating systems and automations that mean you’re working less and living more. Want to learn more? Comment “AI” and let’s talk.

Every 18 months, I reinvent myself. Why? Because something inside me whispers, "You've outgrown this. It's time for something new." I've learned it's always worth listening to the whisper when it comes. But here's the thing: to me, reinvention isn't about becoming someone else. It's about letting go of what isn't me anymore. It's shedding those old layers that don't fit right. And it's not about flipping my whole life upside down, either. Many aspects of my life have been super stable for ages. I've been married to my husband since 2008. We've lived in the same house for 10 years, right here in my hometown. My leadership style has been pretty consistent my whole life, too. But wow, I've outgrown so many old versions of myself. Old beliefs, habits, patterns, work stuff, business models... some of the things that used to get me my best results just started holding me back at some point. Story time: In 2020, after giving birth during the pandemic, I completely reinvented my business model. Maternity leave isn't really a "thing" for solopreneurs - I needed to find a way to earn a living while caring for our son, without traveling. This pivot set me up perfectly to embrace AI when ChatGPT launched in late 2022. I went all-in on adapting my workflows from human-only to AI-first. The result? In 2023, I worked just 3.5 days a week, giving me the freedom to reinvent my business model yet again and fall back in love with workshops, content, and private communities. All while spending quality time with my son and traveling as a family. And after all that rest, I was perfectly positioned to say "yes" to a new challenge with a new business partner. Now we're coaching CTOs to become fractional executives - where I get to share 17 years of experience-based wisdom directly with leaders making technology decisions for hundreds of businesses. Reinvention isn't just for business. In 2019, I reinvented my marriage after winding down with a long-term client. My husband and I committed that every decision from then on would strengthen our partnership. Our priorities became our true priorities - work would no longer supersede what was important to us as a family. We're all constantly reinventing ourselves, whether we realize it or not. The cells in our bodies right now are entirely different from 10 years ago. It's part of being human to keep evolving, to keep growing. We've got to let the old die off so the new can come in. To me, reinvention is about staying true to who you are as you grow. It's exciting, it's natural, and honestly? It's how we keep expanding our lives and businesses. As leaders, we need to consider: How are we creating a culture where our most valuable team members have the freedom to reinvent themselves and still stay with the company? This kind of environment fosters innovation, loyalty, and sustainable growth. What part of your life are you ready to reinvent? And what does the call to reinvent sound like for you?
