About us

Our staff is the core of our group, we've created a lifestyle for our employees, as opposed to just providing part-time jobs at a motorcycle shop. We hire good people and hold them to a very high standard. After all we are all enthusiasts at the end of the day, most of our staff members ride with the same customers who use us for sales, service and parts. Education and training are one of the keys to our success, we are always striving to be the best, most informed and highly knowledgeable in our products, services, industry and community as a whole. This is an ongoing process and it never ends. Today, RideNow Powersports is comprised of over 40 full-service dealerships offering ATV's, Motorcycles, Personal Watercraft, and UTV's for sale in Arizona, California, Florida, Kansas, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, Oklahoma and Washington. We stock quality products from trusted manufacturers like Polaris, Can-Am®, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha. Our incredible line-up of motorcycles includes bikes from BMW, Triumph, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, and Royal Enfield, as well as specialty dealerships for our legendary Harley-Davidson® and Indian Motorcycles®.

    Step into the world of marketing with our esteemed Vice President of Marketing at RideNow Powersports & RumbleOn, Michelle! Her journey with us began back in August 2007 as a Marketing Manager for two of our Harley-Davidson locations in Tucson, Arizona. Her exceptional skills and dedication led her through roles as Regional Marketing Manager for Arizona and National Marketing Director, overseeing marketing strategies across various brands within the company. In 2023, Michelle ascended to the VP role, steering marketing for all of RideNow Powersports and RumbleOn. Michelle's dedication and passion shine through in everything she puts her mind to. Her genuine commitment and hard work make her an invaluable asset to our company. This month marks her 17th anniversary with the company—a milestone she describes as both a proud achievement and a thrilling ride alongside the industry's finest. Outside the office, Michelle is all about adventure with her husband and two daughters. She's an avid fan of boating, snorkeling and pretty much any activity that gets her near water. Whether it's camping, hiking, or enjoying culinary creations at home, she's always on the move.     Meet Mat, our Service Manager at Black Gold Harley-Davidson and mastermind behind performance dyno tuning. After graduating from MMI in Phoenix as an Import technician for Honda and Yamaha, Mat returned to Texas to face a challenging job market. His determination led him to Black Gold Harley-Davidson, where he began as a lot technician. Under the mentorship of his service manager, Mat's career trajectory soared from Scheduler to Assistant Service Manager, and by the end of 2018, he became the Service Manager. In 2020, he played a pivotal role in launching a new Harley-Davidson location, overseeing its service operations. Mat is not just about management; his passion for powersports runs deep. He owns a Harley-Davidson Flat Track Race replica XL883R, a Buell XB12R, and a Road Glide SE131 ci motor, each meticulously enhanced to push the limits of performance. His journey into drag racing began on a whim at a Test and Tune night in Ennis, TX, leading to multiple championships in PMRA and VTRA Real Street categories. Join us in celebrating Mat's journey of perseverance, adaptability, and continuous drive to excel both on and off the track!
