Meet our newest attorney, Victor! Victor Greenstein obtained his J.D. at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, driven by his passion for the law and his background in a family of lawyers from Brazil. Before attending law school, Victor graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts. He then pursued an MBA in Finance from the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts. Building on his educational foundation, Victor began his career in the financial services industry. He worked as an auditor with EY, KPMG, and J.P. Morgan, managing financial service audits across the United States and Latin America. During law school, Victor gained valuable legal experience as a paid legal intern with the Enforcement Division of the SEC’s New York Office for two summers and served as a legal intern for a Federal Magistrate Judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. His commitment to service is further exemplified by his time in the Massachusetts Army National Guard during his undergraduate years, underscoring his dedication to the military and issues affecting veterans. We are very excited to have him on our team!

Meet our newest attorney, Maria! Maria Fotopoulou has considerable legal experience spanning multiple jurisdictions. Admitted to both the State Bar of Texas and the Athens Bar Association, in Greece, Maria brings a unique international perspective to her practice. She holds an LL.M from Texas A&M Law School complementing her law degree from the U.K and an LL.M degree in European Union Law at the University of South Wales. Maria had been practicing law in Europe for 13 years as a litigator in areas of civil law and served as a legal adviser to the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport until 2017 when she moved to the United States. Since moving to the States, Maria has continued her legal career with dedication, volunteering with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas to advocate passionately for those in need. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys pilates, exploring new destinations, and cherishing time with her husband and their two kids. We are excited to welcome her to the firm!

Meet our newest Attorney, Brenda Odufuwa! Brenda is a first-generation Nigerian born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She primarily has a background in pre-litigation Personal Injury cases including car accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. As a Personal Injury attorney, she is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges and strives to restore their well-being and sense of justice. We are thrilled to welcome her to our team!

Last month, one of our beloved team members Christian Barragan-Boyne, celebrated his 24th anniversary at the firm! "My experience here has been truly remarkable, both professionally and personally. Starting as a file clerk, I've grown to become the litigation manager, a role I've held for about 15 years now. Surprisingly, even after all this time, I still look forward to coming to work each day. The reason for my long-term commitment is multifaceted. I love the culture here - it's more than just a workplace. The firm has always encouraged my growth, allowing me to follow my instincts and expand my capabilities. I've never felt limited in what I could accomplish. Over time, the management and partners have become more than just colleagues; they've become an extended family, offering support and guidance that goes beyond the professional realm. One of the most valuable aspects of my time here has been the opportunity to learn from everyone who has crossed paths with this firm. The collective knowledge and experience shared by colleagues over the years have been instrumental in my professional development. On a personal note, I'm especially grateful to the firm because it's where I met my husband, Nathan Jose Boyne-Barragan. We were married on January 20, 2023, and the attached picture is from our wedding day. This firm has truly been a part of the most significant moments of my life. I'm thankful for the trust placed in me and the opportunities I've been given to grow and contribute. It's been an enriching 24 years, and I'm excited about what the future holds."
