The The White House just released its "PFAS Federal Research and Development Strategic Plan," aiming to tackle the health and environmental impacts of #PFAS. This plan prioritizes understanding PFAS exposure, enhancing communication with communities, advancing PFAS removal technologies, and promoting safer alternatives. Revive Environmental supports all efforts to curtail PFAS usage and end its lifecycle. Our PFAS Annihilator® technology completely destroys these harmful chemicals, ensuring they are gone for good, not just relocated. We’re proud to be part of the solution, providing proven tools to make clean water possible for all. Read the plan below: #MakingPFASHistory #CleanWater #EnvironmentalSolutions

We are excited to introduce Jacob Carbary, who recently joined us as a Field Site Technician in our Operations department. Jacob brings a diverse professional background, starting his career in the car paint industry developing new paints for Chrysler’s Chargers and Challengers. He then briefly worked on producing artificial blood for soiling endoscopes and testing cleaning methods. In his previous role, he validated and produced a medical polymer for lung and heart devices. Jacob holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Alma College and has CPR & First Aid Training, making him a valuable addition to our team. Jacob was drawn to Revive Environmental by the chance to help maintain and restore the environment. He shares, "I am also excited to use my skills to help with this process as it grows." Please join us in welcoming Jacob Carbary and celebrating his contributions to the Revive Environmental family!

Revive Environmental recently hosted CBS affiliate WBNS-TV at our #PFAS processing facility in Columbus, where our CEO, David Trueba, demonstrated our innovative approach to destroying PFAS in firefighting foam (#AFFF). Thanks to Office of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s initiative, we now have 13,500 gallons of AFFF from the Ohio Takeback events—spanning over 80 varieties, all containing PFAS. With our PFAS Annihilator, we’re transforming all this toxic AFFF into #cleanwater, making a significant impact on environmental safety. #MakingPFASHistory #PFASAnnihilator

SCENARIOS Project EU, thank you for inviting Revive Environmental to share our PFAS destruction results using the PFAS Annihilator. David Trueba said it best in today’s panel, “Clean water is possible for all.” We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with colleagues leading the effort to solve the PFAS challenge across Europe. Sushi on the Baltic Sea was an unexpected highlight! #pfas #scwo #afff

The presence of #PFAS in everyday products is alarming, and it's clear that consumers are often left in the dark about potential exposures. This CBS News and Stations article and Prime Time video shed light on just how pervasive these #ForeverChemicals are in personal care items we use daily—and even features insights from our CEO, David Trueba, on the revolutionary work we’re doing at Revive Environmental. At Revive, we're proud to continue the important work Battelle started over two decades ago. Our patented #PFASAnnihilator technology is leading the charge in the fight against these durable chemicals, helping communities eliminate PFAS from their environments safely and effectively. #MakingPFASHistory

History Made This Week… The Revive Environmental Team in Columbus, Ohio discharged our first full effluent tote of clean water to the city wastewater drain this week. The results are impressive…the PFAS content as measured by targeted analytical are non-quantifiable…. Our discharge permit requires us to execute at the most stringent standards in the nation, achieving US EPA PFAS drinking water standards, and we are consistently meeting these limits. Nice to see and celebrate our team members, Courtney Fuller, Ryan Nelson, and Jacob Carbary performing the history making work on day shift. Well done, Team! #MakingPFASHistory #FirstDischargeInOhio #JobsGrowth #CleanTech #StartupLife #Leadership

Important progress is being made internationally in #PFASremediation, and we're proud to contribute to the conversation. Next week (September 3-4, 2024), SCENARIOS Project EU will host two workshops in Skaelskoer, Denmark, focused on sustainable solutions for #PFAS monitoring, removal, and destruction. Representing Revive Environmental, David Trueba will participate in a panel discussion focused on “Industry Perspectives on PFAS Remediation,” and Rick Gillespie will present, "PFAS Destruction via SCWO: Commercial Application for AFFF and Landfill Leachate." The workshops will bring together remediation experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss adaptation strategies and explore the necessary conditions for widespread adoption of PFAS detection and removal technologies. We look forward to engaging in these vital discussions and advancing innovative solutions for a cleaner, safer environment. #MakingPFASHistory #ReviveEnvironmental
