When leaders in the beauty industry come together, we can accomplish amazing things – like raising an incredible $1,185,000 for cancer research and care at City of Hope. We were proud to take part in City of Hope’s annual Spirit of Life celebration, where the National Beauty Industry philanthropy group raised funds to support the cancer research and treatment organization’s lifesaving work. The event at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas honored Ulta Beauty ’s Jessica Phillips with the Spirit of Life Award. This award honors beauty industry leaders who exemplify the ideals and values that have guided City of Hope for over a century – compassion, service, integrity, curiosity, excellence and collaboration. RevitaLash Cosmetics attendees included Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff, Dave Hooper, Rob Koontz, Shane Cohn, Dariel Sidney, Randi (Voelker) Vandagriff Vandagriff, and Erin Crane. What would it take to create a beauty product that’s universally flattering?    That’s what we asked ourselves when creating our NEW Dark Brown shade of our Defining Liner.     We knew we wanted to make this new addition as universal and versatile as our existing Black and Slate shades—with the same satin-glide, and conditioning formula that’s become a cult favorite among beauty lovers in the know.    Our product development team set out to create the perfect Dark Brown to flatter every eye color, from blue to green to hazel to brown, and every color in between. Our partnership with City of Hope to improve cancer treatment in Ethiopia has once again gained attention from The White House! President Biden’s Cancer Moonshot program recently recognized the Ethiopia Breast Cancer Initiative with a mention on whitehouse.gov celebrating the program’s latest milestone. We’re excited to announce the opening of the Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital Cancer Treatment Center in Hawassa, Ethiopia. This center now offers comprehensive cancer treatment for patients with breast cancer and is only the second comprehensive cancer center in the entire country of 123 million people.
