How important are employees to your corporate reputation? 🤔 Taniyah Beg, SVP & Head of Advisory (Americas) in Advisory, explains that employees are considered the second most important stakeholder group by the general public, right after customers. When employees feel valued and aligned with your corporate purpose, they transform into trusted ambassadors, boosting your reputation both online and in person. Prioritizing this stakeholder group means understanding their perspectives, aligning actions with corporate goals, and fostering ongoing engagement. 📊 Make employees your most powerful reputation asset, and their authentic voices can elevate your corporate standing like no other. 🌍

The Paris 2024 Olympics set a new standard for sustainable Games. These Games demonstrated that large-scale events can indeed be both innovative and sustainable. And at RepTrak, our data shows that sustainability isn't just good for the planet — it's also good for business. Our latest Q2 2024 current events data shows that global perceptions of Products & Services increase by 63%, and perceptions of Conduct improve by 62%, when companies prioritize sustainability. Did brands go for sustainability gold this year? ▶ EDF powered the Games with 100% renewable energy from French wind and solar farms. ▶ The Coca-Cola Company implemented zero-waste initiatives with refillable bottles, drink stations, and recycled materials delivered by low-carbon vehicles. ▶ Deloitte guided Olympic Committees worldwide on decarbonization strategies tailored to each sport and country. Corporate brands have the power (and the responsibility) to transform events traditionally criticized for their environmental impact. And when they communicate those efforts, they're sure to win reputational favor with stakeholders. Check out our "Green Actions, Golden Reputation Quick Slides" for more insights on how your brand can prioritize sustainability to enhance corporate reputation. ⬇ https://lnkd.in/eAx2dTVT
