📚 Attention Book Cover Designers: We are hiring!
Location: LATAM
We are looking for a Designer to conceptualize and create visual designs that effectively communicate the clients' brand messages across various media. This Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and adhere to our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design best-seller quality book covers and illustrations for client book projects using Adobe Illustrator
- Design print and social media templates for use by clients in Canva
- Coordinate several times per week with the client delivery team and account managers for scheduling, and to improve communication and results
- Present yourself professionally on camera with positive energy, and a welcoming demeanor, when meeting with team members or clients
- Recommend improvements to the book design process to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative design concepts
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure high-quality design work.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with clients and team members
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust designs based on client feedback and changing project requirements
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to design challenges
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
