Thank you for an inspirational meeting with a forward-leaning Latvian Prime Minister Evika Silina at the Latvia Embassy in Oslo on Friday 🤝Silina, who met with our CCO Inger Sethov, spoke firmly about security, economy and prosperity for her country and every citizen, confirming ambitions to boost competitiveness and pave the way for more foreign investments in Latvia. In Reitan Convenience, we see opportunities for further growth in Latvia, based on our existing network of 185 Narvesen and 26 Caffeine coffee shops, led by our courageous and ambitious CEO of Reitan Convenience Latvia, Dace Dovidena. - Narvesen has been in Latvia since 1997, gaining traction as a leading outlet for more sustainable on-the-go food, in close cooperation with suppliers, replacing traditional revenue from tobacco and gaming. - Caffeine has grown to become the most preferred coffee house among youngsters in Latvia, selling only organic coffee from certified organic coffee farms. We are looking forward to continued growth in Latvia. Our Latvian colleagues are outstanding in their work to help realise our mission to make convenience sustainable and sustainability convenient. Their focus on diversity and inclusion has been recognised several times by the prestigious Latvian Diversity Award – a great inspiration for the rest of us. Foto: Gatis Rozenfelds, Valsts kanceleja

Let’s take care of each other💚 Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme highlights the critical importance of prioritizing mental wellbeing in the workplace. At Reitan Convenience, we believe in creating meaningful connections every day. Across our seven markets, our local heroes welcome more than 800,000 people into our stores daily. Whether it’s a simple chat over coffee or a warm smile, these small interactions can make a real difference – sometimes even making someone’s day a little less lonely. On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded of how important it is to look out for one another – because mental health truly matters. For us, making convenience sustainable and sustainability convenient is about more than just products. It’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected. A big shout-out to everyone who takes a few seconds to ask, “How are you?”. You help make everyday life a little easier – and the world a little better.🌍

“We see that convenience is a mega trend and there are opportunities to grow our existing brands in all markets. The key is to be adaptable and understand the new market, which is sustainable convenience. Demand is accelerating quite quickly but we think we can give customers what they think is relevant and we are very positive about the future”. Reitan Convenience CEO Mariette Kristenson in Global Convenience Store Focus about our business and some thoughts about the future.

Happy International Coffee Day🥳☕️ Did you know that Sweden, Denmark and Norway are some of the countries that consume the most coffee in the world per capita? Today is International Coffee Day, and since many of you stop by our stores from time to time - to make everyday life a little bit better by getting that cup of your favourite coffee - here’s a big thanks from all of us at Reitan Convenience! At 7-Eleven in Norway, Sweden and at PBX we proudly serve Lykke Coffee Farms, which is not only sustainably grown but tastes absolutely fantastic. Lykke Kaffegårdar sees as its mission to run a coffee company without anyone or anything being harmed in the process. They also own their coffee farms and company together with the coffee farmers. Our café concept in the Baltics, Caffeine LT, serves fully organic coffee in more than 100 cafés since 2022. RC Lithuania even travelled to Colombia last year, to see firsthand how this organic coffee is made – from the farm to the cup. Let’s raise a cup to that!💚

Unleashing innovation: Let us present the Convenience Growth Camp💡💚 While incremental improvements are in our DNA, the next leap towards the future of convenience requires some radical thinking. That’s why we are thrilled to introduce the Convenience Growth Camp. It will bring together some truly bright minds to tackle our most complex challenges, through revolutionary innovation. Daily operations - essential as they are – can sometimes stifle the kind of radical thinking necessary for real innovation. Over the coming months, our participants will collaborate across borders to brainstorm, create, and test bold ideas aimed at driving customer growth and creating profitable, more sustainable solutions. Led by a group of visionary minds, including project leads Christine Leine Lunden, Emma Lotzke, Josefina Motin, and Malin Eklund, the CGC programme will explore new ways to accelerate demand for sustainable choices and meet the future needs of our customers. A big shout-out to our participants Anders Fiskbæk Kragh, Michael Norén, Kotryna Ieva Vaičiulionytė, Sabeehi Khan, Kle-Ingelin Jõgisoo, Per Dyhrehegn, Rasmus Milton, Synnøve Reisæter Tveit, Tania Jacobsen, Anton Musatovs, Gabriella M. and Suzana Bincl! We’re grateful to have our CEO Mariette Kristenson and a panel of external experts guiding us along the way. Ready for an inspiring journey to help shape the future of our industry? We certainly are!

Welcome to the near future - in Stockholm city!🌇 💚 We are determined to lead the change towards the future of convenience. That’s why we're excited to share that Reitan Convenience Sweden is opening the doors to its innovative Pressbyrån PBX store on Sveavägen in the heart of Stockholm today, after two successful years at Stockholm University. PBX is a living lab where RC Sweden explores new ways to encourage more sustainable choices. Key highlights include: no palm oil and strict standards for other high-risk ingredients, no red meat on the menu, smaller options for candy and energy drinks, and innovative products like vegan soft-serve ice cream and seaweed protein bars. The ambition is for ideas, products, and innovations from PBX to be rolled out in Pressbyrån stores across the country. On the roof of the new store is a beehive, and the honey will hopefully be sold directly in-store. Does it get any more local than that? 🐝🍯 “Today’s opening of the PBX store marks a significant milestone on our journey to redefine the way we serve people on the go. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to make this store launch possible. Your dedication is helping to shape the future of convenience,” said Reitan Convenience CEO Mariette Kristenson, who is attending Thursday’s opening ceremony.
