Selling individual products is fundamentally different to selling in bulk, and I’m not just talking about configuration, kitting and shipping. There are a number of specific requirements associated with direct to consumer sales which do not apply in wholesale. B2C is ‘long-tail’ in nature, requiring you to warrant products & support the end customer for what is typically 12-months post sale. Whilst sales prices and upfront margin recognition is greater in B2C channels Vs. Wholesale, you can very quickly end up in the red if your business isn’t set up to handle the entire B2C business model.

1. Ship your graded or ungraded products to our partners' designated facility in bulk, and together we will do the rest.
2. They will triage, data clear, diagnose, grade, kit, pack and share the inventory with Reebelo.
3. Thanks to our technology and commercial partnerships as Reebelo, we can cross-list that inventory with Walmart Marketplace, Mercari US and Wish (more partnerships to come). We ship the units to consumer as they sell.
4. You’re always in full control of sales pricing. You set your floor price systematically and nothing sells below it. Our dynamic pricing tools do work up from your floor price however, to ensure we maximize your return based on real-time market pricing (net to seller optimization, aligned to the buybox).
5. Post-sale, we absorb consumer warranty and returns obligations as part of our ‘B2C-as-a-Service’ fee structure. This means you're never commercially nor operationally impacted by returns (once it’s sold, it's sold).
6. Our real-time reporting gives you visibility to inventory and sales to make for easy reconciliation, auditing & control.
