Redeux is pleased to announce Ilan Caplan has joined the team at Redeux Energy as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. With over 25 years of experience in #renewableenergy development, finance, and operations, Ilan has executed over 2 GW of solar and wind projects, representing billions in value in utility-scale renewables. At Redeux, Ilan leads a team responsible for project portfolio sales and acquisitions as well as IPP joint ventures. Ilan previously held strategic roles at hep Solar, (co-founder of) Peak Clean Energy, juwi Americas, Compass Energies, Clipper Windpower and GE Wind.

We are thrilled to welcome Bianca I. to the Redeux Development team in the role of Senior Battery Storage Analyst. Bianca will help originate and drive the development of high-quality utility-scale battery storage projects forward. She has extensive experience in energy markets, renewable project development, and strategic analysis, as well as a Master’s degree in Energy, Resources, and Environment from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Outside of work, she is an avid cyclist and is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in her personal life. Welcome Bianca!

Kade Eisen has recently joined the Project Management Office at Redeux as a Junior Project Scheduler. He is responsible for ensuring project schedules are accurate and up-to-date with input from regional development leads and cross-functional team members. Kade recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder and his interest in #renewableenergy brought him to Redeux. We are very excited to have him on the team!
