🧠💜 Today is World Alzheimer’s Day! At Recovia, we recognize the profound impact that Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia have on individuals, families, and caregivers. As we work to support those dealing with chronic conditions, we stand in solidarity with the millions affected by this disease. Did you know? Alzheimer’s affects memory, thinking, and behavior, progressively damaging the brain. While there is no cure yet, early intervention, physical therapy, mental stimulation, and support systems can help improve quality of life. On this day, let's raise awareness, break the stigma, and support the ongoing fight to find a cure. Together, we can make a difference! 💪

We are excited to announce our Quarter 3 2024 “Recovia Way Award” winner! 🎉🥁 Drumroll please… Congratulations to Richard Cortez, Patient Relations Manager - West Valley, for exhibiting traits such as positivity, commitment, and teamwork in the workplace!🥇 Richard has been with Recovia for almost 4 years! He works under the Patient Experience umbrella where he is able to work on social projects, oversee all patient relation processes and protocols to ensure completion of all admin duties, and manages the Patient Relations Team. His hobbies include: Spending time with family, traveling and sports (watching/playing) 🏈. He also wants to thank YouTube University and TikTok University 📲 for keeping him busy and teaching him everything he knows about home improvements, gardening, and cooking. 🍳 He chose to work at Recovia because it gives him the opportunity to make a difference in the community one client at a time. 🧡 His favorite part about working at Recovia is the commitment to change lives!
