About us
The REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) is an active trade association comprised of REALTORS® and Affiliate members who have provided real estate related services to home buyers and sellers in south central Wisconsin for almost 100 years. RASCW is the “Voice of Real Estate in South Central Wisconsin” with members conducting business from more than 800 offices in 10+ counties throughout south central Wisconsin.The primary purpose of RASCW is to serve its members by providing programs and benefits that assist them to successfully conduct their business with a vision of the future, and with the highest degree of professionalism and cooperation. In addition, RASCW and its members work to protect and promote home ownership and real estate investment throughout south central Wisconsin. RASCW Members stay abreast of industry developments through participation on Association committees, regularly attending continuing education and professional seminars, maintaining a strong political voice through the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), and assisting in community projects. RASCW Members also enjoy affiliation with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS® – the largest trade association in the United States.

Thanks to his work and your votes, a RASCW member, Charlie Wills, was just named one of NAR's five winners of their 2024 Good Neighbor Award!
