Join us in welcoming our newest member to the RTIM staff! Alex Galbreath serves as Mobilizer for the Southwest. She was delighted to join the RTIM staff after serving for 4 years with a mobilization ministry. She has been profoundly impacted by the discipleship of the local church and has only grown deeper in her conviction of the centrality of the local church in missions. Alex graduated from the University of North Texas in 2019 with her B.S. in Social Work and has since claimed Denton, TX as home. She serves as an active member alongside her husband, Jake, who is currently on staff at Denia Community Church. "As I consider my new role with Reaching & Teaching, I am most excited to serve and come alongside healthy and faithful churches and church members as they send and consider going to places in dire need for other healthy and faithful churches and church members! What a privilege!"

Global Workers MENA M&L recently shared with us this update about life on the field. "'Who are you? You’re not afraid that we have the authority to kill you?' This was the reaction of a governmental authority after encountering an imprisoned group of believers, willing to die for their allegiance to Jesus. We are currently learning the language of these persecuted believers, so that we may come alongside them to strengthen, train, and build up the church here. Between raising our kids and plodding through speaking and understanding a new language, our lives have been characterized by monotony; but God has been faithful to sustain us as we take one step at a time. We are confident that He will continue to give us the endurance to press on toward language and cultural fluency in order that we may bless the church in this country.” - MENA M&L
