10/04/2024, 4:30 P.M. Operational Update: All facilities, except for one, now have power, water, and internet. We are meeting all client needs at this time and have extended our operational hours into the weekend to ensure we fulfill specific client requests. While several clients are still dealing with their own issues, we are fully prepared to respond as they ramp up activity and production. Transportation is continuing to operate as normal. One week has passed since Hurricane Helene devastated the state, the region, and the CSRA in particular. Some acknowledgments are in order but are probably too long of a list to ever mention everyone. But let's start with operational leadership that began assessing our posture at RBW Logistics at the onset on Friday. Additionally, staff have been focused on getting the job done in the midst of the crisis. 10/03/2024, 12:50 P.M. All but one facility now have water, power, and internet. Staffing is nearly complete, with some sites sharing personnel to ensure that each site has enough staff. Inbound and outbound traffic is occurring for our clients at various operational levels. Transportation is continuing to operate normally. 10/02/2024, 12:15 P.M. Operational Update: The Transportation division continues to operate. All facilities, except Prep (Site 01), now have power, water, and internet. 10/01/2024, 3 P.M. Operational Update: We’re pleased to report that our sites at 1634 Tobacco Rd (Site 17) and Hartrich Rd (64) now have water, power, and internet. All employees are encouraged to report for their scheduled shifts if available. We anticipate restoration of power, internet, and water within the next 12 to 24 hours to Sites 12, 44, 4H, and 01. We encourage all employees to prepare and make arrangements to return to work tomorrow, October 2nd. 09/30/2024. 8 A.M. Update: We’re pleased to report that our Transportation division is fully operational. Additionally, Lovers Lane and Columbia Nitrogen facilities in Augusta, and both Hardeeville and Pooler facilities in Savannah, are fully operational. As we continue to await full restoration of power in the Augusta, GA area the safety of our teammates and clients remains our top priority. Employee of the Month: Jaykeyona Floyd At RBW Logistics, we pride ourselves on the dedication and passion our team brings to the table every day. Jaykeyona exemplifies "The RBW Way" with her positive attitude, commitment to growth, and willingness to take on challenges. As she prepares to graduate with her degree in finance this December, she's already planning how to apply her new knowledge to further her career with us. Her efforts extend beyond her primary role, as she recently volunteered to assist at our Hardeeville facility, identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change. She spent three weeks away from home, away from her regular work, to help another RBW facility.
