Did you see our floor tiles at the Farnborough International Airshow last month? On top of being a great way to find our booth, two were exactly 108 meters apart -- WindRunner's fuselage length! (Another two were 80 meters apart, the length of the wingspan.) WindRunner combines the world's largest payload bay with the ability to land on semi-prepared airstrips at wind farms, enabling the next generation of wind power. WindRunner is huge! It has 12x the payload volume of a Boeing 747-400F, a 20-foot longer wingspan, and is 127 feet longer. While the 747 needs a 9,500-foot runway, WindRunner only needs about 6,000 feet at a wind farm to deliver the largest turbines almost anywhere.
