About us

Welcome to PullSpark. We are a creative agency based in the great city of Atlanta. As a team we thrive off excellent challenging work, La Croix, and a good glass of bourbon. Our main focus is on connecting a brand to an audience in lasting emotive ways that leave the audience saying “Wow! I can’t wait to tell someone about that.” We create these memories through Films, Events, and OTT Content. Films - Events - Streaming - AV/Production The last thing anyone wants is to encounter something potentially monumental, only to walk away and say, “That was cool.” We say, that’s not an option. We want people to say, "Do you remember when?" because when they do, they remember you.

What are the moments in life that change you in a profound way? PullSpark sat down with the The Global Leadership Network to discuss a conference opener that represented those kinds of moments. Sure, you can create an opener that is artistic and entertaining. Or, you create a strategic moment that supports the mission and vision of the entire organization. That all encompassing, pie-in-the-sky, strategic moment began to take shape with just one, single question, “What story could we tell with twins?” A performance of two alternate storylines was born in that room. Showing how the small, everyday choices we make pave the way to our potential. And the The Global Leadership Network is the space where your choices begin to change your future for the better. Thanks to the stage directing expertise of Justin Anderson, a powerful visual story was told on the summit stage. A performance that not only impacted the GLS audiences, but garnered recognition from the 2024 Communicator Awards in multiple categories. Supporting Owner/Operators and their Dedicated Talent Leadership

I honestly don’t know what to say! I’ve spent 2 years learning how to best support Owner/Operators and their Talent Directors. This week was a culmination of so much work into the first-ever conference for Talent Directors and Operators. 1,000+ Talent Directors and Operators gathered in Atlanta to start, strategize and sustain their “Approach” to a long-term talent strategy. MainStage speakers, breakouts, pop-up breakouts, and even an after hours tour of the Chick-fil-A Support Center. What an incredible week with some amazing people. The future of Chick-fil-A is in strong hands! I could not have done this without the unwavering support of my leader, Chris Hodnett. He has pushed me and challenged me to be excellent in my vision-casting and owning the moment. A big thanks to Tevie (Monk) Givens and Mark Moraitakis for the immense support to bring this event to life and even stepping up to be MainStage speakers! Talent Directors walked away with unbelievable content led by SHRM. The leadership and partnership of Zach E. and Elisa Garn is second to none. They helped craft content specific to what they have learned about Chick-fil-A and the We had Ron Hetrick, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, Jason Dorsey and so many more deliver phenomenal content. As if that wasn’t enough, the fire hydrant didn’t stop on day 3 with Marcus Buckingham encouraging leaders to think about how they can build an environment to help Team Members flourish. What a production put on by PullSpark and a huge thanks to Sabrina Burse, Kirsten Anderson and Mallory Boyle. Such a great team to work with! I’m truly grateful. This company, these partners, my family attending on Day 3, and so much more. This is more than a job!

Idea to Done. When The Home Depot Home Services department came to us in need of a brand film that expressed what they do and introduced their new internal tagline, “Idea to Done,” a vision began to unfold in our minds. For the Home Services department, it’s all about the team. It’s about the Associates who are supporting the store, those growing the contractor base, and those visiting the home owners in the midst of a new project. We could have created content that says, “We know what you do.” Instead, we create content that says. “We know why what you do matters.” Connecting the day-to-day work of the Home Services team to the real people it impacts touches on the broader story. We developed a concept, hinging on a moment in time, to take what the Home Depot Home Services Department does and tieing to how it transforms the lives of real people. Helping take someone’s dream from Idea to Done.   We are excited to announce that this project has received the 2024 Communicators award in eight categories. Do we produce streaming events? Done. Do we work outside Atlanta? All signs (and SkyMiles) point to yes. Do we celebrate the World’s Most Ethical Companies? Yes, with champagne in tow. Can we do it all in one week? Only with a team like this one. Five events and one video shoot across three states, all executed by the PullSpark team last week. It takes influence, expertise, and trusted voices communicating innovative content across the country and maybe a little hustle, too. Way to go team!

What's your favorite question from the PullSpark Dinner Questions? https://lnkd.in/eR8thGDA

    Creative Producer at Pullspark

If you know me, you know I love to talk. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on who you ask), I rarely run out of things to say. I am a treasure trove of opinions, niche interests, and conversation starters. So when Emma Kuhl Pitts asked me to write 100 dinner questions for PullSpark, I cracked my knuckles and said, "Bring it on." The initial 20? A breeze. The following 80? A labor of love. I spent a year hunting the internet, asking my friends, and contemplating the inner-workings of my soul, to collect and write these questions. Ones that I hoped would make you laugh, think, reminisce, dream, and give you a deeper understanding of the people you share meals with. This holiday season, each PullSpark client and contractor received a deck of these cards. I think it might be my proudest moment at this company so far. It's a rare joy to hold your work tangibly in your hands, made even more joyful when Madison Harvey designs them! I find that the more I bring my most authentic self to work, the more opportunities I get to create work that aligns with who I am–a talker. Please enjoy the photo I texted to my mom the day they got delivered!

"While the notion of "content is king" held sway in the past, the contemporary cornerstone for growth is owning network connections. To thrive in the event space, we must focus on making and fostering connections rather than just the quality of our content." PullSpark's founder and CEO Emma Kuhl Pitts shares her thoughts on how to create a hybrid event experience that drives engagement with people irrespective of geographical or logistical constraints. #hybridevents #contentstrategy #thoughtleadership #creativeagency https://lnkd.in/gXGSMr_Z

In Good Company, Time Flies.   This week, we welcomed 100 of Delta Air Lines' top suppliers to Austin, TX for our 2023 Supplier Summit. And while the past two days certainly flew by, we were also undoubtedly in the greatest of company.   Our suppliers had the opportunity to hear about Delta's vision for what our partnerships hold ahead, because we know that here at Delta, our operation wouldn’t run like clockwork without them. Everyone across the industry is anticipating strong headwinds and pressures in 2024, but I couldn’t be more confident that our partnerships will continue to create best-in-class results by driving efficiencies, productivity, innovation, and staying true to our mission.   We believe that in the good company of others who share our values and hunger for excellence, we can do really big things. In good company, we connect people to the world. In good company, our businesses stand the test of time. In good company, we make a lasting impact in the communities we serve. In good company, time flies.   Thank you to our 2023 Supplier Summit sponsors and our planning committee for making this dream event come true!   #DeltaSupplierSummit #InGoodCompany #TimeFlies #AlrightAlrightAlright
