Please join us in welcoming Shawn Yuhas as our new Route Manager at our Mesa, AZ Plant! Shawn joined the Prudential team in March 2024 as an MPTP, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2021 with a degree in social and behavioral science, with a focus on criminology. During his time there, he also played Division 1 football 🏈. Before joining us, Shawn honed his leadership skills in the restaurant industry, working his way up to General Manager at Barro's Pizza in Mesa. It was there he met his wife, Alicia. They've been married for 3 years and are the proud parents of 2-year-old twins, Clarity and Wesley. When he's not managing routes or chasing after his twins, Shawn loves spending time outdoors and is a passionate car enthusiast. Welcome to the team, Shawn! We're thrilled to have you onboard!

Congratulations to Kwangee Lee (KG) on his promotion to Assistant General Manager at our Milpitas, CA Cleanroom Plant! KG, who joined Prudential in 2002 as an MPTP at the Milpitas, CA Plant, has worked his way up through various roles in both the Cleanroom and Industrial side at the Milpitas, CA Plant, including Route Manager, SSM, and Sr. SSM. His dedication and hard work have now earned him the AGM role. Originally from Malaysia and educated in the UK (Go Liverpool!!!), Kwangee has been married to his wife Debbie for 30 years. They have two children: Chris, who is in college, and Chelsea, who will be starting college this fall. When he’s not at the Plant, Kwangee enjoys traveling with his family, attending karate tournaments, and cheerleading competitions. Congratulations, Kwangee! Your commitment and achievements are truly inspiring. We look forward to seeing the great things you’ll continue to do in your new role!

Meet Joseph Strickland, Sales & Service Manager at our San Antonio, TX Service Center! Joseph joined Prudential as an MPTP in June 2022, right after graduating from the University of Mississippi. He started his journey in Atlanta, GA before making a move to Austin, TX in March 2023 to take on the role of Sales & Service Manager at our San Antonio, TX Plant. In his current position, Joe oversees Austin’s industrial division, bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to his role. We're excited to have him leading our team and driving success!
