You will be responsible for providing legal and compliance support to all corporate departments as directed by the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and in coordination with the Associate General Counsel. The Legal Analyst will work on a variety of legal and compliance matters pertaining to day-to-day investment management activities, transaction matters, compliance matters, and related legal projects.
