The ProSource team is celebrating Labor Day with friends & family. We’ll be back in office tomorrow, gearing up for a great CEDIA week!

🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟 This month we're spotlighting one of ProSource's most tenured team members - VP of Education & Member Recruitment, Sherry Dantonio! Sherry joined Home Entertainment Source (HES) back in January of 2003 and from there became one of ProSource's first employees after the merge with PRO Group. Sherry is a born & raised east coast girl, but traded seaboards to now live in Seattle, Washington. Her husband, Derek, owns Kai Films, a Film Production company, and together they are dog parents to Hopper, a 17-year-old Pomeranian. Sherry has a big family back on the east coast, including three brothers, three nieces, and one nephew. Her mom, Rosey, is Sherry's biggest inspiration. Outside of work, you can almost always find Sherry outside. Sailing, ocean kayaking, hiking, biking, and gardening are some of her favorite activities. She also has many artistic pursuits, including making films with Kai Films, making art, and playing with metal. While traveling is a passion, Sherry loves to be home in the Pacific Northwest, exploring the many islands of the area & spending time with friends. One of Sherry's most memorable experiences was getting married in 2012 in Varanasi, India in a Hindu wedding with numerous days of ceremonies and then recreating the wedding in Seattle six months later. She has been in the CE industry for most of her working life, but she has explored other pursuits, including spending five years as an entrepreneur/welder/blacksmith, creating elemental architecture and furniture for her own company, and taking a two year long sabbatical to rock climb countrywide while living in a motorhome. Sherry has been instrumental in the success of ProSource since it's inception. The group wouldn't be where it is today without her. Thanks for all you do!

🚧 1010 Construction Update 🚧 The support of our vendor partners has been critical to bringing the 1010 Experience Center to life. Last week, Sound Core product from Acoustic Innovations was installed into multiple listening rooms - with this product added, these rooms will provide best in class experiences for audio demos! The progress in 1010 also wouldn’t be possible without the hard work & expertise of our member Cinegration LLC, who has completed the pre-wiring for the new & improved Lighting Training Center! We installed miles of ICE Cable Systems and lighting fixtures from DMF Lighting and WAC Lighting, all with the vision of upgrading our Lighting Training Center to be the best facility in the United States. The Cinegration team has worked day and night to prepare the space for our soft opening during CEDIA Expo at the beginning of September. Want to check out the space yourself?
