Our first #podcast!
I had a wonderful chat with Alex Bond from The Leadership In Insurance Podcast. I'm biased but think it's worth a listen. Not only about PropertyLens but also the #HazardHub sale to Guidewire Software, and #entrepreneurship in general. #startuplife #realestate #innovation

Buyer beware!!
This article ends with "selling a home will suddenly become a whole lot cheaper." What it doesn't say is "buying a home will suddenly get a whole lot more expensive", as sellers in supply-restricted markets will now force you to pay for your own agent. One thing is clear - that "savings" won't flow to the buyer - it will go right into the pocket of the seller. We started PropertyLens with one idea - that home buyers get screwed. Today that "buyer beware" seems truer than ever. Buyers will need to arm themselves with knowledge about a property BEFORE setting foot inside. Buyers are going to need www.propertylens.com. Get on our waitlist today - it won't be long until we launch!
Who pays the real estate agent’s fees when you buy a house, the buyer or the seller?
