Aquablation therapy - the BPH treatment of choice for all prostates.
About us
PROCEPT BioRobotics is a commercial-stage surgical robotics company focused on advancing patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. We develop, manufacture and sell the AQUABEAM Robotic System, an advanced, image-guided, surgical robotic system for use in minimally-invasive urologic surgery with an initial focus on treating benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH. Our proprietary AQUABEAM Robotic System delivers Aquablation therapy, which combines real-time, multidimensional imaging, personalized treatment planning, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted and rapid removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy delivers effective, safe and durable outcomes for males suffering from lower urinary tract symptoms, or LUTS, due to BPH that are independent of prostate size and shape or surgeon experience.

PROCEPT BioRobotics is excited to announce FDA approval of the WATER IV Prostate Cancer Study, a pivotal IDE clinical trial comparing Aquablation therapy to radical prostatectomy. The WATER IV PCa study is a global multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled trial assessing the safety and efficacy of Aquablation therapy vs. prostatectomy in men with localized prostate cancer for 280 patients with 10-year follow up. We look forward to sharing continued updates as the study reaches key milestones. “WATER IV PCa, a unique trial design focusing on harm reduction by using Aquablation as first line treatment in comparison to radical prostatectomy, has the potential to be a game-changer in the way urologists treat localized prostate cancer for millions of men.” Dr. Inderbir Gill, Chairman, Catherine & Joseph Aresty Department of Urology and founding executive director of USC Urology, part of Keck Medicine of USC. https://bit.ly/4dy7mDz *Investigational Use Only
