We are thrilled to take on the monumental project for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire to replace its sole science facility, Phillips Hall, with a state-of-the-art Science and Health Sciences Building. This project will highlight the powerful collaboration between UW Eau Claire and the Mayo Clinic Health System, combining a focus on education, research, and patient care that will position the Chippewa Valley as the leading provider of healthcare services throughout northwestern Wisconsin. This new state-of-the-art facility is Miron’s largest hard bid project to date. Partnering with Potter Lawson, Inc., HOK, and the state’s Division of Facilities Development, Team Miron is ready to rise to the challenge and excited to bring this visionary dream to life for the greater Chippewa Valley region. Once completed in Spring 2027, this facility is sure to inspire future generations of scientists, researchers, and healthcare providers for years to come!

Congratulations to the CDA of Madison and the Taking Shape Project Team! Building on a strong foundation of engagement and planning, we passed another major milestone! Phase B1 of Taking Shape secured a competitive 2024 WHEDA State Housing Tax Credit allocation.  The tax credit awards for Taking Shape B1 will help deliver new housing for 164 CDA resident households as well as resident community spaces to serve the broader CDA Triangle Community. Thank you to the dedicated Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) Team for your work to move this critically needed affordable housing development closer to its groundbreaking. It’s an honor to be a part of this historic project to re-envision and redevelop the CDA Triangle to serve our current and future community needs.  #affordablehousing #sustainablecommunities #takingshapeourtriangle #madisonwi
