    GOOD AMERICAN switched to PostPilot from another vendor to effectively hit their full-funnel. 👖📬 It's working. The team first A/B tested winback campaigns, and once a winner was ID'd, we set up programmatic version of the campaign. Now, when customers hit certain RFM parameters, we automatically send them a postcard to drive a repurchase. 💌 Those campaigns are driving an 8x+ ROI and $1.40 in incremental revenue PER SEND. (That's data they can track in real-time campaign dashboards.) Performance Marketing Manager Caitlin McKenna said: "PostPilot has an incredibly streamlined reporting process that allows us to easily analyze data and performance.” The team recently launched their first cold prospecting campaign with us, too.     J.Crew's gotten a ton of coverage on their catalog relaunch (see today's WSJ). Why’d they bring it back? Because direct mail drives higher CLVs. If you remember holiday last year, Amazon launched a catalog too. Amazon gets it. Catalogs in particular drive the highest lifetime value, so when brands (like Nike) started to cut catalogs and physical mail over the last decade, it hurt their marketing.     High-ROI data analysis ahead. 👇 We tested the impact of combining email AND direct mail (vs. just using email). After analyzing 544K postcards across 122 campaigns... We found that campaigns using both email and direct mail generated a 2.89x INCREMENTAL ROI compared to email alone. This data confirms what we suspected: Combining email + direct mail = better results. 🤝
