We are a female, Latina-run organization founded by Ingrid Silva that helps all womxn embrace and understand their power through storytelling and meaningful conversations. Misturando our experiences with what’s important in our sociedade. We combined the words poder, which means power, with her because we believe her inner power can transform her journey.
