Communication is one of the things that make or break any community! We do things a little different at Plum Creek. Each month we have a mandatory all staff meeting- the all staff meeting consists of a fabulous lunch, lots of prizes and an education piece! This month our phenomenal partners at Psych Foundations presented on managing resident behaviors. Staff education is SO important and taking time to just be together as a team is as well.
