In Season 9, Episode 3 of the Changing the Game webinar series, Bonnie Mangold shared this pro language to Turn Event Connections into Planning Conversations. After an event, when everyone’s connected, energized, and maybe a few drinks in 🍸, it's the perfect time to keep the momentum going! Bonnie says, “I usually say something like, "Hey, I want to keep this conversation rolling." I tell my clients I'll reach out for contact info of those I just met and will put us all on an email chain so we can network together. For new faces, I let them know, "I’ll reach out individually—can’t wait to follow up!" Bonnie Mangold shared how she leverages her team to use Instagram Stories to Identify Leads. Bonnie has a simple yet effective strategy for identifying new leads using Instagram Stories. Her associate, Megan, helps keep things organized by making sure they connect with as many of Bonnie's clients as possible. Every other day, Megan checks clients’ Instagram Stories and builds a database of the people they’re interacting with. Before Bonnie’s meetings, Megan updates her—"Sally was at an event with Katie, you should ask about her!" This allows Bonnie to personalize her conversations and spot potential new connections with ease. Instagram Stories have become one more tool in her toolbox Bonnie’s lead generation.
