Catering company that creates culinary experiences as imaginative as they are practical.

About us

We have nothing against conventional catering. It’s just not what we do. As top-tier NYC culinary veterans with extensive experience in event catering, we believe our clients deserve a taste of something new and unpredictable, an experience that leverages the best food with never-before-seen presentation. So we created Pinch Food Design, a bold new brand of catering powered by a state-of-the-art kitchen and design workshop devoted solely to the creation of one-of-a-kind “food furniture.” Our intention? To impress, entertain and inspire with food as delicious as it is daring, and design as inviting as it is innovative.

✨ Pinch us, we’re in Vogue! ✨ The Pinch Food Design team had the pleasure of chatting with Vogue about all things weddings, food, and catering! From cocktail hour snacks to late-night mountains of French fries, we shared some of our favorite tips for making sure guests are never far from a bite. Our Creative Director, Marjorie Artieres, highlights, "Starting at cocktail hour... you want your guests to access food at any time." Meanwhile, our Chief Sales Officer, Carly Katz-Hackman, reminds us that "any off-premise caterer can build out a kitchen wherever there's space and light!" 🍸🥨🧀 Check out the full article here:

It’s officially soup season, and we’re thrilled to add two new soups to our menu! First up, a twist on the classic tomato soup with grilled cheese - comfort food elevated. Plus, a cozy butternut squash soup topped with a parmesan crisp! 🍅 To celebrate, we’re sharing how easy it is to make Parmesan crisps at home! 🧀 Here’s how to make these crunchy delights: You’ll need: 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan 🧀 Silicone or parchment paper Baking sheet Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 1 tbsp of Parmesan on your lined baking sheet and press down. Repeat, spacing each about 1/2 inch apart. Our very own, Carly Katz-Hackman talks with Financial Times about the evolution of buffet-style dining and how traditional buffets have been reimagined and refined into a more upscale and interactive experience! 💛 "The benefit of these out-of-chair experiences – especially at weddings where two families are coming together and strangers meet for the first time – is they help break the ice. “You can look over that food station, lock eyes with someone you’ve never met and have something to talk about,” says Katz-Hackman. https://lnkd.in/ewGU3nw7
