Our incredible employees at Pillar4 Media have been eager to #committoservice in the Charlotte community! Over the past few weeks, teammates were able to deliver and set up beds, desks, and other furniture for a family, alongside the team at Beds for Kids. It was so rewarding to see the kids’ faces light up when they saw their new beds! Knowing that we made their home a bit more comfortable and joyful made the whole experience worth it and we look forward to continuing to give back to the surrounding community. #volunteer #communityservice

We could not be more proud of the 14 talented interns who joined us this summer! 🌟 Over the course of the program, these future leaders immersed themselves in hands-on learning experiences across 5+ functions of our business. From intentional team-building activities to real-world projects, each intern played a crucial role in driving innovation and collaboration within our teams. Proud to celebrate International Yoga Day with various yoga sessions for our Pillar4 teammates last week, with a special session led by our summer interns, Jane Balanda and Ashley Josey. On week 4 of their internship, this group is already making a tremendous impact, 'getting after it,' and seeking every opportunity to engage with fellow colleagues through Lunch & Learns and community activations. Looking forward to all that is to come!

Our team at Pillar4 has enjoyed working with Project Sunshine over the past few years to spread joy and sunshine to pediatric patients around the country. Today on the Summer Solstice, June 20th, we’re excited to partner with Project Sunshine to remind the world of the Healing Power of Play. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, spreading more light and more opportunities for new beginnings. It’s the beginning of the season of play for so many! It’s said that play is one of the most effective methods of reducing stress in children. To partner with Project Sunshine this year, our team is participating in kit packing to assemble therapeutic craft activity kits for children with medical challenges. These kits will be delivered to facilities across the country and our team is excited to have a helping hand in the Healing Power of Play.

We are excited to welcome our 2024 Summer Intern cohort to Pillar4! This year, we have 14 interns joining us for our 10-week program in Charlotte, NC. Our interns will have the opportunity to work on business projects, learn from our experts, and contribute to our growing brand. We are thrilled to have them a part of our team and look forward to their shared contributions! #Pillar4Interns

Introducing our new HQ! Our team is excited to finally share pictures of our new office space right here in Charlotte, NC. This cutting-edge space isn't just an office; it's a space for collaboration and growth among our teammates. From our state-of-the-art testing studios to the fully-equipped fitness center, standing desks, and even a golf simulator, the entire space was designed to boost creativity and well-being. But it’s not just about the amenities—the new space also embodies our core values. Here, we continue to "Build the Team” by reenergizing and inspiring one another!
