It's so important to Joel Ferdinand and Michael Pierson that PierFerd has a mental health program created by our very own Justin Nahama and Amy Epstein Gluck. They bring in experts monthly to discuss sleep, mediation, prayer, breathing, eating habits, and the like so that we are supported, and safe. Every lawyer suffers a form of PTSD from a prior position, boss, manager, client, or otherwise. In a profession where lawyers are twice as likely to think of suicide than other professions, something must change.
