PHP 8.4 is coming on November 21 this year. It brings a ton of new features, with Property Hooks as the biggest highlight. This feature took over two years of design, development, discussion, and many challenges to bring to PHP. In 2024, Sovereign Tech Fund commissioned four projects for PHP. We are happy to announce the successful completion of the first project 🎉 Web Services Tool (WST) – a command-line tool developed to test PHP-FPM across different configurations and under production-like loads.
