Women make up only 11% of the cyber security workforce. With such low representation, I it is essential that we advocate for and assist women as they navigate through the cyber security industry. Philadelphia Women in Cyber Security's Mission: To provide opportunities to advance careers for professionals in Cyber Security through education, mentoring, and networking. A Supportive community for women in cyber security that works to promote and encourage women to develop their careers. We are open to any support for our mission from any gender.
