Petrosmith recently completed a three-well ModFlex production site with the capability for four or more future wells. The first three wells were set up for individual test separators, while the four future wells will be brought on with bulk separators. The tank battery has the ability to expand, and there are future tie-in’s for the bulk separators, an additional heater treater, and H2S treatment.   This ModFlex turn-key project is located in Reeves County and was completed in eight (8) days ---- start to finish!!! Petrosmith announces the addition of Jon Lubke as Senior Sales Executive. In this role, Jon will be responsible for working with Petrosmith’s existing sales team to help strengthen and expand customer relationships, as well as help to penetrate new markets.   Prior to joining Petrosmith, Jon served as business development manager for an oil and gas surface production equipment manufacturer and has a wealth of knowledge and trusted customer relationships which were instrumental in helping to grow their product offering and sales revenues across multiple basins. In addition, Jon has held positions in leadership in the financial sector as well as consulting for multiple energy companies, supporting operational funding and investment activities while enhancing operational efficiency.   Petrosmith’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, Ryllee Tettleton, stated, “We look forward to Jon joining our skilled and professional sales team as they continue to deliver our exceptional products and services to the energy industry.“ 

Petrosmith just completed a ModFlex three-well production facility in Reeves County, Texas. The facility is expandable up to nine (9) total wells with pre-planned spaces and tie-ins for an additional bulk separator and heater.  All mechanical construction and installation including containment, packaged skidded vessels, modular piping skids, HP/LP knockouts, VRT, flare piping, instrument air skid, transfer pumps, and tank battery including stair, catwalk, and all interconnecting piping, was completed in ten (10) days!!!! Petrosmith’s sales, engineering, production, and operations team absolutely knocked this project out of the park, meeting all of our customer’s challenging schedule and delivery requests. In addition, our valued construction partner and field management personnel helped to pull it all together to make this a very successful and safe ModFlex installation. Well done team!!! The Permian Basin Petroleum Association Sporting Clay Tournament and Oil Patch Pit King Challenge was held June 7th at Jake’s Clay in Midland, TX. Petrosmith was a proud tournament sponsor and ice station sponsor. Our sporting clay team with customers from Vital Energy and VTX Energy Partners placed 2nd and our cooking team was 4th place winner of the Pit King Challenge! Petrosmith’s coating facilities extend the life of pipe, tubing and casing through internal pipe coating, protecting tubulars from the harsh corrosives found in saltwater, petroleum products and other production chemicals. Our facility can coat tubulars from 20-42’ in length, from 2-3/8” tubing up to 7” casing. In addition, Petrosmith performs inspection of new/used tubing and casing as well as a reclamation process that consists of tubing straightening, cleaning, thread inspection, paraffin removal, sandblasting, bucking collars, CNC threading, coupling modification, hydrostatic testing and burning out of internal coating. Prior to Petrosmith, Ryllee served as Vice President of Sales for Spartan Structures, Global Sales Director for Forum Energy Technologies, President of Upstream Services for B&E Resources as well as various sales and engineering positions with National Oilwell Varco.
