Our Persistent Systems team recently traveled to Michigan to put our integrated sector antennas to the test! We placed our antennas on the highest point of an abandoned paper mill factory near the NOAA Museum and instantly established a network between the ANG CRTC base and the Thunder Bay Peninsula. But that’s not all! We equipped multiple UAS with MPU5s and successfully extended the network to over 20km! The Persistent Systems team took on a challenging test of our Wave Relay and Cloud Relay capabilities in Hood River, Oregon. Partnering with our Wave Relay Ecosystem partner Hood Technology Corporation Aero, our team utilized their aircraft and sensors, along with our MPU5s, sector antennas, AWRS, and multiband tracker systems, and set up three separate ground stations, each over 10 miles apart, connected by Cloud Relay, and equipped with PTZ cameras. As the aircraft flew over the designated area, it seamlessly connected with each ground station via Wave Relay, while also maintaining an uninterrupted connection via Cloud Relay at all times. A team member in Fort Collins also had full PTZ control of all cameras at every station, and viewed live video feed from all three.

We recently had the opportunity to participate in the 10X event organized by the Army Futures Command (AFC) Maneuver Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID). Our team showcased the seamless integration of Wave Relay, demonstrating how it creates a unified operational environment for today’s missions. Key observations from the event highlighted exciting opportunities for further enhancements in network architecture. With recommendations to tackle environmental challenges, optimize bandwidth usage, and improve network infrastructure, we're committed to driving innovation in future exercises.

The all-terrain rugged Telemax EVO PRO, from our #WaveRelay ecosystem partner AeroVironment, accommodates a high degree of mission flexibility with its advanced, specialized precision manipulator, autonomous functionality and intuitive operation. When integrated with Wave Relay, these UGVs provide increased situational awareness and timely critical information to their tactical teams as they perform a variety of dangerous missions, including explosive ordnance disposal (#EOD), hazardous materials handling (#hazmat) and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (#CBRN) threat assessment.
