I’ve decided to act out this incredible testimonial that one of my “MAGICAL” clients took the time to write 🌟😍. “There is magic in you—pure magic. Nina Cashman and her team are masterful alchemists who will help you channel the incredible, deeply personal, and profoundly powerful gifts you carry toward your highest good. They will empower you to see (and harness) your light and creative energy. As you Pave Your Way, you will find yourself feeling more confident, more grounded, more vibrant. You’ll feel more like yourself and less like an imposter of yourself. You’ll find yourself experiencing and expressing passion in new ways. Your leadership will feel deeply authentic to you and your teams. You will see solutions where you once could only sense them. Jump in! I promise you will not regret it.” Some clients are surprised by their personal transformations after engaging in executive coaching with PAVE. We are not surprised, though, as we know that personal and professional growth are one and the same! #paveyourway #pavechallenge #puremagic #executivecoaching #leadershipdevelopment #pavetestimonials

When was the last time you made a concerted effort to create space in your life? It’s interesting how, at times, we find ourselves seeking a change, yet our hands are completely full. Our schedules are packed, our minds are already filled with preconceived notions, and our distraction levels are high. The irony? We are often least open to change when we crave it the most. We are so preoccupied with the day’s latest distractions or rehashing the past that we become blind to what’s possible. After all, change comprises new possibilities, and anything new can be hard to recognize… at first. Earlier this week, I found myself thoroughly enjoying a solid hour of paper shredding. I know it is very Gen X of me to use paper for my handwritten notes. Still, there’s something very satisfying about letting go of the old piles in your life to make room for whatever is next. The levels of appreciation that surface when you acknowledge the people, places, and things that have crossed your path and enhanced your life somehow – whether a valuable lesson, a fantastic experience, or a meaningful interaction offer reminders of our strength and endurance for whatever is next. When change is in the air, and you sense new opportunities on the horizon, I highly recommend implementing an active ritual to let go of the old and make room for the new. After all, change finds its way to those most open to it. WANT MORE ON THIS TOPIC? When was the last time you took a break? Not the kind where you sat on the couch in front of the TV. I mean a strategic break. Where you turn off the noise. Get outside. And answer strategic questions that allow you to pull back and spend your time wisely. Tap here 👉 https://buff.ly/3S1Woyq to grab your spot for the Durable Dad Day. It’s more productive than watching Netflix. Cheaper than a massage. And it leaves you feeling a hell of a lot better than a six pack of beer. There’s only an upside. If you’re like most guys, they’ve said they didn’t realize how much they needed it until the day was over. Tap 👉 https://buff.ly/3S1Woyq to learn more.

I heard this excellent saying today—“Questions create quests—” and thought it was a great reminder about where we focus our attention. As individuals, businesses, communities, societies, or even nations, it seems worthwhile to constantly assess where we are directing our quests. Are we magnifying problems or seeking and developing solutions? Questions that focus on “what could be better,” “what’s working that we can build upon,” “how we can improve,” and “what our best looks and feels like” are like beacons of possibility. They seem to pull us towards answers that lead to long-term solutions that benefit many. Questions that harp on “what’s not working,” “what’s wrong,” and “how do we fix this problem” are like quicksand that pulls us into a bigger vortex of problems. They, at best, lead to short-sighted decisions that benefit a few for a limited amount of time. So, what hurdles are you grappling with today? And as you tackle them, what quests are you embarking on – ones that are centered on problems or ones that are centered on possibilities? If you’re interested in learning more about generating QUESTions that keep us on track to find solutions, I’ve put a couple of links in the comments with videos about a powerful practice developed by David Cooperrider in the mid-1980s called “Appreciative Inquiry.” This method has proven highly effective in guiding us towards long-term, beneficial solutions. I highly recommend them! #PaveYourWay #pavechallenge #leadershipdevelopment #executivecoaching #careergrowth

Congratulations to fellow coach and former colleague Rachael Gaibel for getting her article published by Tiny Buddha! It takes so much courage to share a personal story and hit the “publish button.” Rachael's words remind us that we don’t have to change our circumstances to change internally. #paveyourway #tinybuddha #goodwithindifficult #meditation

Coming off an incredibly fun weekend in the City of Angels with several great coaches in training. This small group created a monumental experience -- we learned together, laughed together, ate together, and toured the city together. Big thanks to the incredible students of the Los Angeles Module II training weekend and, of course, my amazing partners in crime, Maurice A. Williams RN, BSN, RCIS, CPC, ELI-MP and Alexandra Hailer! #ipecchangedmylife #ipeccoaching #paveyourway #coachtraining #inperson #connection

When our clients succeed, we succeed!

This high five is dedicated to my incredible client, who called me today to inform me that he was just promoted to Vice President at a well-known U.S. company. While it’s been an honor and joy to partner with this individual, it feels like an absolute victory to share in his accomplishment. And, how generous it is for him to call me with this news… hot off the press? While our work together was dedicated to unlocking his leadership potential, it was MY CLIENT who: ✔ showed up consistently ✔ answered the tough questions ✔ explored different angles and possibilities ✔ dug into untouched spaces inside his being ✔ listened to the feedback ✔ stayed open to the feedback ✔ integrated the feedback ✔ found new choices through his own wisdom, and ✔ took steps to shift his perspective and rise to the leader he is today. As much as news like this gets me pumped (I feel like I’ve just been promoted!!), it is the work of my clients that inspires me to show up in my own work. SO MUCH JOY is experienced when we show up and choose to embody THE WORK. ✨ Here’s my client’s perspective on our partnership: "Our paths crossed when I was at a very interesting juncture in my career journey where my actions and behavior that brought accomplishments till then were all of a sudden becoming a roadblock for me. It was very difficult for me to rationalize what was happening, and I needed a fresh perspective. It was such a timely engagement with Nina where she dug in deep with me through our time to understand at a very deep level who I was and helped me develop a perspective that opened the world of opportunities for me. The energy leadership framework was extremely helpful in helping me become more self-aware. Nina guided me to recognize the organizational behavior around me to help me understand it at a deeper level, which guided my actions to produce a very successful outcome. Because of Nina, I am a better professional and a better person. Thank you, Nina, for helping me see the world differently than before. It has truly been an enlightening, life-enriching experience for me that will stay with me forever. You are truly special and I am so lucky to have had an opportunity to have a coach like you!" #paveon #paveyourway #executivecoaching #leadershipdevelopment #thework #enJOYyourwork #celebration #bigpromotion #Ilovemyclients
